About my Upcoming Show: Sex & Circumcision: An American Love Story
Hello, my name is Eric Clopper, and I'm making this quick video on March 18th from my office in Harvard Square. Now, if you're connected to me on Facebook, or LinkedIn, or any other type of social media, you'll probably have noticed that I'm putting on a show, a show here at Harvard Sanders Theater, titled Sex and Circumcision: An American Love Story.
Now, I'm making this video for a couple of reasons, actually, for three to be specific.
The first reason is to emphasize that you must attend this show. You must. It is so important, and you will understand why once it's over.
The second reason is, it is objectively going to be a very fun night. It is an objectively very funny story and you will regret not going, I only made it $7, purely to lower attrition, and I'm going to donate all of it to the Jimmy Fund because, I mean, I thought it was a decent charity and this has nothing to do with money.
And the third reason is, I'm a normal guy like everyone else. I have certain events coming up, like weddings and ski trips and whatnot. And especially with ski trips, that propensity for risk goes much higher. And if I were to get injured skiing or anything else would happened to me, that would preclude me from giving this play, I just want to assure you that I have prerecorded the play. I have the video of the lecture that I adapted it from that I gave at Cornell, and I have given those videos to many, many people, so there was no instance where you do not see this play. But, oh, man, is it going to be so much better live, I assure you. Oh, man, what I have prepared for you. But yeah, tickets are available for only $7, it all goes to charity, on the Harvard box office website. I hope to see you on May 1st. I will not disappoint, I promise you. Thank you for your time.
