Equal Protection
If the law protects one class of children from non-consensual genital cutting, it cannot deny comparable protection to others because of sex.

About Eric

Eric Clopper is a Los Angeles-based attorney, advocate, speaker, and founder of Intact Global. He runs The Clopper Law Firm, P.C., a litigation firm focused on serious civil cases and impact litigation. His public work centers on a simple principle: children deserve equal protection under the law, regardless of sex, religion, culture, or custom.
Eric graduated summa cum laude from Colgate University with a degree in physics before spending eight years at Harvard, including leadership at Harvard's language center. His career changed course after he staged Sex & Circumcision: An American Love Story, a theatrical lecture challenging the genital mutilation of children.
The performance received a prolonged standing ovation and positive press, but also triggered institutional backlash. Harvard terminated Eric. Rather than retreat, he turned that experience into a public mission.
Today, Eric is building a state-by-state constitutional litigation strategy seeking equal protection for all children from forced, non-consensual genital cutting.
In addition to his legal and advocacy work, Eric is a downtown Los Angeles film and event entrepreneur connected to the restoration and activation of historic creative spaces.

The question is not whether some children deserve bodily integrity. The question is whether the law has the courage to protect all of them.

The Work
Eric's advocacy sits at the intersection of constitutional law, children's rights, bodily autonomy, and cultural honesty.

If the law protects one class of children from non-consensual genital cutting, it cannot deny comparable protection to others because of sex.
Children are not property. Their healthy bodies should not be permanently altered for cosmetic, cultural, or social reasons before they can consent.
Through Intact Global and partner attorneys, Eric is pursuing a state-by-state constitutional strategy designed to create durable legal precedent.
The taboo around male genital cutting survives because people avoid the facts. Eric's work forces the conversation into the open.
